Job Description

Purpose:
REINSW is looking for an AI guru to investigate, development, and implement cutting edge AI solutions to support REINSW projects securing REINSW position at the forefront of technology that will assist the Real Estate industry in NSW Australia.

Responsibilities:

Provide up to date information to REINSW on the current trends on AI development and progression in new technologies
Develop AI solutions using third party programs to create, Bot’s, Avatars including interactive Avatars, and Voice Bots
Develop AI tools to manage data and provide reporting using Chat GPT or similar third-party products
Design and write code to connect third-party AI solutions
Design and write code for projects to deliver solutions to the real estate industry
Design and manage APIs
Maintain AI solutions including any code developed to support projects to the real estate industry
Report to the General Manger and CEO while working special projects.

Qualifications and requirements:

- High Level Knowledge & Experience in AI and AI third products available on market
- Knowledge of AI Backend including the development and programming of AI
- Able to write code to support the development and management of systems
- Education Preferred
- Computer Science
- Software/AI/IT Developer
- Experience in managing Projects

- Experience in tools like Heygen, and other third-party AI solutions\
