Job Description

QUALIFICATIONS:

Atleast 6 months of Call Center Experience handling 401k (Retirement Services)
Should have atleast 1 year of payroll experience
Background in HR field, insurance is preferred but not required
SHS Graduate or had completed 2 years in college
Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written)
Ability to work under pressure and handle customer concerns with empathy and professionalism
Proficient in basic computer navigation and multitasking (typing, using CRM tools, etc.)
Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays as needed
Amenable to work onsite in Ayala 30th - Pasig
Familiarity with common call center systems (e.g., CRM platforms, ticketing systems)
