About the Role

Join our team at Alorica Philippines as a Customer Service Representative for our Captioning Account in Taguig. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to customers using our captioning services. You will work in a dynamic team environment with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with inquiries and technical issues related to captioning services.
  • Ensure accurate captioning for content across various platforms.
  • Provide timely and professional responses to customer queries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.
  • Follow company guidelines for quality assurance and compliance.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service tools.
  • Preferably with 1 year or more BPO experience
