 What is your mission?

  • Adhere to procedures and work flows for managing interactions through chat, reporting, information processing, etc.

  • Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers

  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs

  • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments

  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule

  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships

  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned

Who are we looking for?

  • High School or Senior HS Graduate

  • At least 2 years BPO experience, including 6 months in Sales and 1 year in Customer Service Chat.

  • Candidates with over 1 year of combined Sales and Customer Service Chat experience will be considered.

  • Customer service and sales knowledge in computer use and navigation of electronics products

  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills

  • Amenable to work on rotating shifts

  • With capability to work from home and with access to a quiet and secured room and at least a 30 MBPS internet subscription

  • Can work onsite in Cebu IT Park, Cebu City
