Job Summary:
• Responsible in tracking, and analysis of ongoing marketing initiative performance vs the success
measures
• Duties and Responsibilities:
• Gathering, analyzing and interprets data to show ongoing performance of the Initiative
• Finding patterns and trends in the analyzed data.
• Provide insights on the trending to hit/missed initiatives as critical inputs of the project owner
• Developing and providing clear reporting and actionable insights on the Customer Journey
Performance which will inform Business Units on the performance results against KPI's.
• Execution of Email/SMS/Viber etc. blast of Key Marketing Campaigns
• Building internal relationships which other teams to explain and help them understand the wider
business impact of the customer journey.
• Management of the SMS/Email Platform
• Insights on the efficiency of execution channel (SMS/Viber/Email etc)
Job Specification:
• Bachelor’s degree holder in the field of Communications Research or any Marketing, Economics
or any Business course
• Minimum of at least 1-5 years’ work experience in: (a) Market Research or (b) Business Review
Reporting and Analysis
• Proficient in Programming languages (XML, Javascript, or ETL frameworks) is a plus
• With strong mathematical and analytical skills
• Excellent communications (oral and written skills)
• Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau is an advantage
• Ability to generate insights from results of analysis
• Can work with minimal supervision
• Agile, versatile and well adept to extended working hours
• Ability to drive change and implement new initiatives and innovation
• Ability to develop complex business solutions
• Strong project management skill
