Manage, coordinate and lead production and publication of content highlighting global and local strategies, and business insights
Focus on content ideation and brainstorming for developing social strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and advocacy
Assist and support all internal and external communication and related activities for TAP Programs
Help create and curate appropriate content for thought leadership, including digital, web, and social content. Help develop a creative proposition for all media (presentations, videos, brochures, etc.)
Develop Internal & External Communications - Facilitate communication internally to keep key stakeholders informed and externally to promote/position the product � Monitor, refresh, and update dated contents as needed and prepare a content calendar
Distribute and publish the content across various mediums and platform
Manage multiple projects on content creation and management, track progress and drive timelines
Understand operations strategy, objectives, and client requirements for a project
Collaborate and support internal departments to successfully carry out any marketing campaigns and launches
Conduct research and interviews to learn more about current trends, developments, and perceptions about the subject matter, and then contextualize your findings
Drive to learn new tools and skills to build on your strengths
Required Skills:
Develop creative materials in different applications (video, static, animation, motion graphics, etc)
Exceptional oral; and written communication skills
Ability to visualize business data and metrics through dashboards or other reporting tools
Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud
Proficient in Office O365 tools; advanced knowledge in Excel, PowerPoint, Visio
Prior experience with BPO industry preferred.
Graduate of Multimedia Arts, Communication, or Advertising
