I. Fixed Assets Count Reconciliation
1. Prepares annual inventory reconciliation report for Teleperformance sites
2. Developing inventory analysis reports and analyzing variances
3. Generate and prepare FA register per site as input to the physical count process
4. Monitoring inventory transactions
5. Reconcile count to book balance (FA register � Fixed Asset Module)
6. Prepare adjusting journal entries as needed (assets transferred & disposed)
7. Update assets details in the FA module GP system
8. Printing & compilation of Physical Inventory Count Reconciliation binder for all sites
9. Prepare exception report for ICQ
10. Assist in the improvement in internal controls related to inventory
II. Fixed Assets Accounting
1. Assist in the documentation and recording of fixed assets movements (acquisitions, transfers, disposals and adjustments
2. Monitor transfers of fixed assets between sites to ensure they are properly authorized and adequately covered by documents
3. Ensure all new fixed asset acquisitions are tagged on a timely basis and supported documents are forwarded to FAMU/Fixed Assets Accounting as appropriate
4. Assist in computation and recording of monthly depreciation expense of fixed assets
5. Provide support during audit to establish compliance to defined policies and procedures
6. Ensure that processed documents and files such as invoices, delivery receipts, completion/acceptance certificates, purchase orders and other documents necessary to substantiate the business transactions are organized and properly filed
III. Others
1. Special projects as required
2. Performs other tasks that maybe assigned from time to time
