What makes a #RidiculouslyGood Chargeback Expert?
Following TaskUs’ policies and keeping information confidential1 year in Financial industry experience i.e. Banking, Accounting, or BPO Financial campaigns.
Experience in Chargeback, Disputes, or Fraud Analysis is a plus.
Exceptional Communication Skills—both written and oral.
Willing to work on shifting schedules and can work on-site.
