Customer Service Representative (CSR)
Location: Taguig, BGC
Account: Financial (Local Voice)
Start Date: ASAP
Job Description:
We are looking for motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives for a local financial voice account. The role involves handling customer inquiries, providing accurate information, and delivering excellent service while following company and regulatory guidelines.
Responsibilities:
Handle inbound customer calls for a local financial account
Address customer inquiries, concerns, and requests professionally
Provide accurate information regarding financial products and services
Document call details and customer interactions properly
Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
At least 2 years in college completed with no back subjects
At least 3 months BPO experience
If no BPO experience, must have at least 6 months work experience in the Financial or Banking industry with customer-facing responsibilities
Good communication skills in English
Willing to work onsite in BGC, Taguig
Can start ASAP
