We’re looking for passionate and customer-focused individuals who can assist guests with hotel reservations, booking inquiries, and travel concerns. If you have excellent communication skills and enjoy helping people, this role is perfect for you!
Assist customers with hotel bookings, room availability, pricing, and special requests
Provide accurate information about hotel facilities, amenities, and policies
Handle reservation changes, cancellations, and payment concerns
Deliver exceptional customer service through phone, chat, or email
Resolve guest issues professionally and efficiently
Ensure all interactions follow quality and compliance standards
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel partners, promotions, and procedures
At least Senior High School Graduate
With or without BPO experience (training provided!)
Strong English communication skills
Good problem-solving and multi-tasking abilities
Amenable to shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
Must be willing to work onsite
Competitive salary up to ₱27,500
