Job Description: Spanish Bilingual Specialist

WeAnswers Careers PH is seeking enthusiastic and skilled Spanish Bilingual Specialists to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will leverage your Spanish and English language proficiency to provide top-tier customer service while working in an exciting onsite environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in both Spanish and English through various communication channels (calls, emails, chats).
• Provide accurate and efficient solutions to ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy when addressing customer concerns.
• Meet or exceed performance metrics, including quality, productivity, and response time.
• Collaborate with team members and leaders to improve processes and overall service quality.

Qualifications:

• Fluency in both Spanish and English (verbal and written).
• At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in the BPO industry.
• Strong customer service skills with a passion for helping others.
• Willingness to work onsite and adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
• Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
