Job Description

Work Shift:

  • Monday to Friday, 7 AM to 7 PM CST (8 or 9 PM to 8-9 AM Manila time)
  • Fixed weekends off

Educational Background:

  • Completed at least 2 years in college
  • Candidates with at least 6 months of call center experience are preferred
  • Open to non-call center experience candidates with strong communication skills

Work Experience Preferences:

  • Minimum of 6 months' experience in the service industry is desirable
  • Previous call center experience is an advantage
  • Healthcare industry experience is a plus
  • Basic computer operation skills required
  • Willingness to work in rotating shifts, if needed
  • Strong customer service skills, with attention to detail
  • Good listening and communication skills
  • Eagerness to learn and grow
  • Sales skills are a bonus
