INTERNATIONAL SERVICE ENGINEER:
(Php30,000.00 to Php35,000.00 per month)
Responsibilities:
· Review and verifies existing design drawings and other technical documentation.
· Work with other parties in the fabrication of the designed parts or components.
· Consult with (third-party) fabrication teams during product manufacturing, advises them on design specifications and provides physical assistance when necessary
· Conduct simulations and tests to validate designs. Alters designs as required to bring them to safety, performance and efficiency standards
· Ensure accuracy and completeness of all as-built documentation including the BOM.
· Collaborate with other engineers and project teams to verify and update as-built information.
· Identify, analyze, and resolve mechanical issues and concerns on existing machinery.
· Coordinate with other team members to ensure proper installation and alignment of components.
· Verify that installations meet design specifications and industry standards.
· Assist with the installation of mechanical systems and equipment during vacant time.
· Prepare detailed reports and documentation for design projects, problem resolutions, and installations.
· Maintain accurate records of all design changes, updates, and modifications.
· Develop technical documentations, including design methods documents, product proposals, parts lists, operation manuals and maintenance manuals related to the equipment created.
· Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, project managers, and team members.
· Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in mechanical engineering.
· Propose and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.
· Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Education and Experience:
· BS degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering or any relevant engineering/technical programs, preferably with PRC license, if applicable;
· Strong interest in initiating and keeping up with advancements in Electronics or Mechatronics; and
· Has experience in a manufacturing environment.
