Job Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative at Movate's location in Antipolo. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing support, enhancing customer satisfaction, and delivering exceptional customer experiences on a daily basis.

Qualifications

  • Customer Service Representatives, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction skills
  • Experience in Customer Service and Customer Experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to effectively resolve customer issues and inquiries
  • Empathy and patience in dealing with customers
  • Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus
  • Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
  • High School Graduates are welcome to apply as long as they have 6 months BPO Experience
  • Willing to work in Antipolo

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php22,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
