About the role

As a Bread and Pastry Supervisor at Jollibee Group, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the consistent high-quality production of breads, pastries and other baked goods across our Taguig City locations. In this fulltime position, you will oversee a team of skilled bakers and pastry chefs to deliver exceptional customer experience.

What you'll be doing

• Manage the daily operations of the bakery and pastry production, including scheduling, delegating tasks and monitoring productivity
• Ensure all baked goods are prepared to the highest standards of quality, taste and presentation
• Train and develop your team of bakers and pastry chefs, providing coaching and mentorship to drive continuous improvement
• Maintain strict compliance with food safety, hygiene and quality control measures
• Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new and innovative bread and pastry recipes
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders for ingredients and supplies as needed
• Provide timely reporting on production, wastage and other key performance metrics

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Bread or Pastry Supervisor in a fast-paced food service or hospitality environment
• In-depth knowledge of baking techniques, food safety regulations and inventory management
• Strong leadership, communication and people management skills to effectively lead and motivate your team
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities to ensure consistent quality
• Passion for creating delicious baked goods and a commitment to continuous improvement
• Adaptability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
