QUALIFICATIONS
 With at least 2 years & above of work experience in Business Analyst related Field.
 Proven work experience as a business analyst or data analyst, with a strong record of delivering actionable business insights.
 Proficiency in data analysis with SQL and BI tools.
 Detail-oriented, with strong analytical skills and the ability to translate business problems into analytical questions.
 Capable of planning work and optimizing workflow for productivity.
 Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex data in a clear and persuasive manner to stakeholders at all levels.
 Experience in gaming app, e-commerce, marketing analytics marketing analytics is preferred.
 Knowledge in R language and C programming.
 With good verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin.
 Willing to work in Cebu City.
 Not a Chinese citizen.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
 Collaborating with stakeholders to conduct exploratory data analysis and provide actionable insights with strategic recommendations.
 Reporting the results and strategic recommendations back to the relevant members of the business.
 Translate data-driven insights into effective business strategies and operational improvements.
 Analyzing data using SQL on BI tools and providing on-demand reports.
 Identifying patterns and trends in data sets and interpreting their implications for business strategy.
 Reporting on key metrics; creating, building, and maintaining reporting suites.
