OVERVIEW
The Financial Planning & Analysis Officer plays a key role in supporting the finance department, ensuring the efficient management of financial activities, financial planning & budgeting, and assisting in the preparation of financial reports and analysis.
KEY FUNCTIONS & OUTPUT:
1. Cash Flow Management - Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure the company has sufficient liquidity to meet its obligations and plan future business ventures.
2. Budget - Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial projections
3. Financial Study - Conduct a financial study to assess the performance of the company projects and provide strategic recommendations.
4. Cost Control (CAPEX) & Profitability Analysis - Identify cost efficiency & improvements across line departments and conduct profitability analysis per project.
5. Investment & Financing - Banking Relations – Assessing financing and investing needs of the company including securing loans and managing relationships with financial institutions.
