Job Description

Job Duties and Responsbilities:

1. Project Planning and Execution: Develop and execute a 
comprehensive project plan for the implementation/migration, 
including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management.
2. Finance and Budget Management: Develop and manage the 
project budget, including cost estimation, tracking expenses, and 
ensuring the project stays within budgetary constraints.
3. Stakeholder Management: Engage with key stakeholders to 
understand their requirements and ensure their needs are met 
throughout the migration process.
4. Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a cross-functional team to 
achieve project milestones and deliverables within the established 
timeline.
5. Vendor Management: Coordinate with external vendors and 
partners to leverage their expertise and ensure seamless 
integration of OpenText Exstream.
6. Risk Mitigation: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation 
strategies to minimize disruptions during the migration process.
7. Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures to ensure 
the accuracy and integrity of data.
8. Change Management: Facilitate organizational change by ensuring 
effective communication and training to support the adoption of 
the new platform.


Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
2. Proven experience as a project manager, specifically leading IT system migration projects within the health insurance or related industry.
3. Strong understanding of data migration best practices, as well as experience with system integration and deployment.
4. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage a diverse team and engage with stakeholders at all levels.
5. Project management certification such as PMP or PRINCE2 is highly desirable.
6. Demonstrated ability to drive results in a fast-paced and dynamic 
environment.
