This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative at Movate's location in Antipolo. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing support, enhancing customer satisfaction, and delivering exceptional customer experiences on a daily basis.

Qualifications

Customer Service Representatives, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction skills
Experience in Customer Service and Customer Experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to effectively resolve customer issues and inquiries
Empathy and patience in dealing with customers
Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus
Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial
Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
High School Graduates are welcome to apply as long as they have 6 months BPO Experience
Willing to work in Antipoli
