Job Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Log all Client Contact(s) -- Calls, Sessions, Or Voicemails into the Appropriate Ticketing Tool • Troubleshoot, Diagnose, and Resolve Application Issue(s) Following Standard Operating Procedures and; w/ the Use of Available Knowledge-Support Tool(s) - Escalate Issue(s) or Situations/Problems Requiring Urgent Attention To Level II Analyst/Support, Team Leads, or Service Desk Managers • Basis Standard Process: Route all Ticket(s) that Cannot be Resolved at the Desk to Appropriate Assignment, Owner(s) or Resolver Groups; Collaborate Effectively with All Service Desk Team Members, to Resolve and Document Unfamiliar Issues and/or Concerns - Participate in Training as Needed
