Job Description

Qualifications: -Must be 18 yrs old and above -Sales experience preferred but not required; must be amenable to do sales -High school/senior high school graduate with or without experience or -College graduate/completed at least 2 years in college (no back subject) with or without experience -Amenable to work on holidays, weekend, and shifting schedule -Professional, enthusiastic, and customer service oriented -Excellent written and spoken English communication skills -Applicants must be willing to work in Taguig City Skills Required: -Excellent written communication -Must have keen attention to details -Must have good conversational skills -Must have good negotiation skills -Must have good problem solving and analytical skills -Ability to multi-task and access multiple data source simultaneously -Ability to probe effectively -Ability to educate customers on inquiries and other product information -Ability to handle issues and complaints in a courteous and professional manner Benefits: -HMO after 30 days including 2 dependents -12 VL and SL Leave Credits
