Qualifications Must be 18 years old and above Completed at least 2 years in college (no back subjects) At least 6 months of call center experience is preferred but not required Amenable to work on holidays, weekend, and shifting schedule Professional, enthusiastic, and customer service oriented Skills Required Excellent oral and written communication Must exhibit active listening Must have keen attention to details Must have good conversational skills Must have good problem solving and analytical skills Must be fluent in providing explanation and delivering positive scripting Ability to multi-task and access multiple data source simultaneously Ability to probe effectively Ability to educate customers on inquiries and other product information Ability to handle issues and complaints in a courteous and professional manner
