Job Description

Accenture in the Philippines is currently looking for HR Payroll Associates who will be responsible in performing the following day-to-day tasks: • You will ensure upstream Payroll data accuracy through data management and validation, enabling correct and timely pay. • You will be responsible to manage and execute the low to medium critical/priority and simple termination transactions/activities. • You will be responsible to gain capabilities through cross training in terms of the Payroll Admin (Transactional, Complex or Time & Attendance) processes and activities to act as a backup for that team during peak periods and when team members are off. What are we looking? • Open to college graduates in Psychology, HRDM or related • Open to college undergraduates with related work experience • Must have at least 6 months to 1 year of work experience in handling Payroll in a HR industry • Amenable to work in BGC, Taguig • Willing to go back on-site once recalled Good to have skills: • Experience in HR Shared Services industry • Experience in SAP Payroll
