Job Description

Qualifications: Must be 18 yrs old and above Completed at least 2 years in college (no back subject) with or without experience Or high school graduates with at least 6 months call center experience (ops tenure) Experience in customer service is an advantage but not required Amenable to work on holidays, weekend, and shifting schedule Professional, enthusiastic, and customer service oriented Skills Required: Excellent oral and written communication Must exhibit active listening Must have keen attention to details Must have good conversational skills Must have good problem solving and analytical skills Ability to arrive at decisions independently and demonstrate persuasion and negotiation skills Ability to educate customers on inquiries and other product information Ability to handle issues and complaints in a courteous and professional manner Ability to multi-task and access multiple data source simultaneously Ability to probe effectively Ability to sell using consultative sales approach or suggestive pitches on customer purchases Benefits: HMO after 30 days including 2 dependents 12 VL and SL Leave Credits
