Job Description
What is your mission? - You will help us deliver excellent service to our partner brands by performing these tasks: • Provide post-sales customer service and/or troubleshooting support to the client's B2B customers. • Support advertising customers and deliver consultative support. • Perform data analysis to improve customer's advertising experience and ensure higher ROI. • Gather client and partner feedback to enhance ad products and overall customer experience. Who are we looking for? • Senior High School Graduate (new curriculum K-12). • Must have at least 2 years combined experience of the following: - Voice + Tech + Chat OR - Voice + Tech + Email • Should have an experience working directly with clients working in B2C environment. • Strong verbal and written English communication skills. • Amenable to work in rotating shifts (morning, mid, & night shifts). • Can work in Ortigas Center, Pasig City.
