Job Description

Qualifications • Must be 18 years old and above • Completed at least 2 years in college (no back subjects) • At least 6 months of call center experience is required • Amenable to work on holidays, weekend, and shifting schedule • Professional, enthusiastic, and customer service oriented Skills Required • Excellent oral and written communication • Must exhibit active listening • Must have keen attention to details • Must have good conversational skills • Must have good problem solving and analytical skills • Must be fluent in providing explanation and delivering positive scripting • Ability to multi-task and access multiple data source simultaneously • Ability to probe effectively • Ability to educate customers on inquiries and other product information • Ability to handle issues and complaints in a courteous and professional manner *Preferably for applicants residing in: -Makati, Taguig, Pasay, Las Piñas, Parañaque, Pateros, Muntinlupa, Pasig, Mandaluyong, Marikina, Manila
