Job Description
"1. Provides excellent customer service and support to our Premium Telco Account Customers, and partners as required. Use Premium Telco Account tools to assist customers whenever there is a change to an account; plan changes, password resets, cancellations and any other changes. 2. Provides accurate resolution to the customer while utilizing program tool for updated and accurate information. 3. Must be willing to offer customers any/all products that are offered in accordance to the customer’s account to maximize sales and value 4. Accurately documents all actions taken during each transaction with the subscriber. 5. May assist in training new employees. 6. Performs other duties as assigned by management"
