Job Description
About the role: Working set-up: Onsite Shift schedule: Dayshift/ Australian working hours Office Location: Ortigas, Pasig Salary: Min. PHP50,000 - negotiable based on skills and experience Key Responsibilities: The core role of the Implementation Consultant includes but is not limited to: ● Configurate HRIS solutions in accordance with client specifications, and in line with our timelines, standards and procedures ● Manage client projects, including the development, configuration, client liaising, and stakeholder management, in a way that meets client deadlines ● Engage in research activity associated with the design and development of online learning solutions, including the identification of potential enhancements to functionality and capability ● Maintaining all records associated with the implementation of modules for a customer such as scope documentation, project plan, error logs, and client signoffs. ● Log and maintain records of all system-relating troubleshooting and escalate technical issues where appropriate Who we are looking for: ● Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor/College Degree, Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent. ● Has an experience implementing software solutions with clients ● Exceptional multi-tasker who is comfortable working across multiple projects at once ● Exceptional communication and Project Management skills ● 6 Full-Time position(s) available.
