Job Description
About the role: Working set-up: Onsite Shift schedule: Dayshift/ Australian working hours Office Location: Ortigas, Pasig Salary: Min. PHP80,000 - negotiable based on skills and experience Key Responsibilities: The core role of the Implementation Consultant includes but is not limited to: ● Configuration of HRIS solutions in accordance with client specifications, and in line with our timelines, standards and procedures ● Manage client projects, including the development, configuration, client liaising and stakeholder management, in a way that meets client deadlines ● Engage in research activity associated with the design and development of online learning solutions, including the identification of potential enhancements to functionality and capability ● Maintaining all records associated with the implementation of modules for a customer such as scope documentation, project plan, error logs, and client signoffs ● Systems-related troubleshooting for both internal and external stakeholders ● Logging and maintaining records of all system-relating troubleshooting as well as escalating technical issues where appropriate and assisting in their prompt resolution Who we are looking for: ● Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor/College Degree, Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent. ● Has relevant exposure in Payroll Software admin for AU and/or NZ. ● Strong background within a similar role (e.g. HR/payroll implementation) ● Strong understanding of technical concepts ● Exceptional multi-tasker who is comfortable working across multiple projects at once ● Exceptional communication and Project Management skills ● 4 Full-Time position(s) available.
