Job Description

What is your mission? - You will help us deliver excellent service to our partner brands by performing these tasks: - Provide post-sales customer service and/or troubleshooting support to the client's B2B customers. - Support advertising customers and deliver consultative support. - Perform data analysis to improve customer's advertising experience and ensure higher ROI. - Gather client and partner feedback to enhance ad products and overall customer experience. Who are we looking for? - Senior High School Graduate (new curriculum K-12). - Must have at least 2 years combined experience of the following: > Voice + Tech + Chat OR > Voice + Tech + Email - Should have an experience working directly with clients working in B2C environment. - Strong verbal and written English communication skills. - Amenable to work in rotating shifts (morning, mid, & night shifts). - Can work in Ortigas Center, Pasig City.
