Delivery Advisor Handling calls related to products that are to be delivered and/or installed.? Giving those members a WoW experience. We must live up to our original commitment(s) by going above and beyond our members' expectations. Installation Advisor Receive inbound calls from members wanting to check the status of their installation provider? Assist members in the return, exchange or cancellation of their installed products/orders? Resolve installation complaints? Handle and/or address misdirected calls
Other responsibilities: Save the Member - The overall experience includes managing the experience, managing interactions with business partners (solution specialist, etc.), as well as members, and following up with the member. Effective/Professional Resolution - This includes analyzing the situation and making the appropriate decision using FULL empowerment. It also includes escalating appropriate issues that are outside of the scope of your responsibility. Save the Sale in a Cost-Effective Way - Using your negotiation skills, work with the member to keep merchandise in the member’s home. Compliant to Policies & Procedures - Always follow the policies and procedures when working with a member to find a resolution. Work Accuracy - Take the time to properly document your actions.
