Repair Sales and Care Calls Job Summary: Members calling to schedule a “Cash Call” service appointment on appliances, home electronics, or lawn and garden equipment. In addition, advisors provide a “Wow” Member experience and sell member value-add essentials including Service Smart Protection agreements and Home Warranties. Advisors also offer free in home consultations for Home Improvement services offered in the Member’s area.
Job Duties/Responsibilities: Reviews the customer’s concern/inquiry to determine and execute effective and satisfactory resolution Follows scripting and call flow Escalates customer issue as needed based on established guidelines Utilizes multiple applications/formats enabling access to customer information and enter updates Maintains a high level of business/product knowledge via onsite and online training Adheres to all Transformco policies, procedures, Code of Conduct and ethical guidelines Performs other duties as assigned Requirements: Ability to speak, read, write and comprehend English instructions in order to complete internal documentation and present information to and communicate with customers and Associates Keyboard proficiency skills Possess good communication, selling, and overcoming objection skills Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide units of measure Ability to apply reasoning and comprehension to carry out simple written or oral instructions Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations, occasionally interpreting and adapting to customers’ needs and finding solutions that are outside of the standardized situations Ability to be perceptive and demonstrate good intuition Ability to actively listen to the customer Ability to be assertive, self-motivated and possess drive
