The Certified Proctor works in a fast-paced setting to ensure the integrity of our testing services by proctoring the testing process. This will include greeting consumers, verifying consumer identification and monitoring while maintaining compliance to guidelines and standards.
Responsibilities Control test area by maintaining a working knowledge of policies, practices and procedures Greet examinees and verify identification Guide and monitor candidates as they complete their test Protect privacy and security of all consumers and consumer data Ensures testing consultation is maintained to ensure a safe and comfortable experience Education and Skills GED or above One to two years customer service-related experience required preferred Communicate effectively with the public Ability to read and interpret documents such as operational instructions Comfortable with basic Microsoft windows-based computer applications Visual requirements include the ability to adjust or focus computer screens and view testing room while proctoring Experience using internet browsers Requirements: Candidate must not be color blind (the purpose of this requirement is that test results are interpreted by colored lines which appear once the test is complete. The proctor must be able to read and note if the test is positive or negative. ) A background verification is required for certification, which will include: education verification, employment verification and criminal record
