Job Description

Responsibilities: - Responding to Inbound calls, dealing with customers directly. - Making outbound calls to customers when required. - Responding to Incoming emails from customers. In between calls or working directly in an email team. - Responding to incoming chats from customers. - Using different systems throughout the day, which include salesforce, ISOP (inhouse system) Metapack, Google sheets. - Chasing orders for customers - Contacting other departments, such as our warehouse and lab. - Replying to Social media/ TP queries - Escalate customer queries/complaints - Placing orders by phone, with customers. - Non-contact tasks, including producing invoices and lost in post forms. - Product knowledge - Make sales/upsell and use customer retention skills - Raising IT tickets for any system issues Qualifications: - 1+ year experience in customer service - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Fast learning skills - Clear speaking and good english skills - Multitasker - Good written English skills including grammar - Proactive
