Job Description
Overview: •Dispatching of Service Technicians to repair ATM faults, •Confirmation that all Security Guards have arrived on time at the required location. Day to day duties include; •Monitoring of electronic dispatch system and emails •Answering of telephones •Telephone dispatch to a network of Service Technicians •Coordination of multiple parties to service ATMs at a mutually agreed time •Follow-up of all outstanding or overdue service requests •Escalation of issues to relevant Managers •Reporting of all service outcomes into the electronic dispatch systems •Monitoring of electronic roster system and Emails •Answering of telephones •Identification of Security Guards which have not “signed-on” for their shift. •Escalation of non-attendance to the relevant Manager •Documenting of all incidents and issues into electronic registers Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required •Highly organized with strong attention to detail •Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work efficiently •Experience in problem-solving, decision making, and conflict resolution •Ability to work independently and as part of a team •Clear and articulate verbal and written English communication skills •Efficient multitasking and prioritization abilities in a fast-paced environment •Strong Customer Service focus •Willing to work on a semi-permanent schedule •Australian account is a must, preferred but not required.
