Job Description

Qualifications: 2 - 3 years of Strong Customer Service with Insurance and Claims experience is required; Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Amenable to work ASAP. Job Description: Reporting to the Claims Manager in Sydney, the role will be responsible for servicing all claims for the partner's global insurance book, managing claims for UK, EEA and Australian customers; Assessing, coordinating and settling all claims within their own settlement authority; Claims will be managed predominately online (collection of information) with some outbound telephony (but no inbound)Ensure all forms are uploaded to Jobscience; Make Contact with candidates regarding documents needed to reach compliance; Check the Registration Inbox regularly and ensure all documents for your pipeline are uploaded onto Jobscience; Regularly audit your priority list so records are accurate; Give regular updates to Account Managers/Business Development Managers for their area pipeline; Active Attempt to clear 5 packs per week; Schedule regular meetings with AM/BD to adjust priority pipelines due to responsiveness/eligibility; Log all activity on Jobscience for each time contact is made with the Candidate; Ensure all mandatory documents are uploaded onto Jobscience before sending for clearance; All other duties assigned
