Job Pitch

The Customer Account Specialist will be responsible for examining and resolving internal/external customer inquiries. The incumbent will work on requests focusing on Return Authorization/Discrepancies, Warehouse Discrepancies, Carrier Claims and any other related issues that could result into an inbound request or an Account Receivables reconciliation request. Through all these transactions, the CAS will do the required research in order to provide the best resolution in accordance to policies & procedures - through Account Dedication, Emails, Fax, or Live Chat Sessions.

Job Description

• Researching & Providing Proper Resolution to Requests Received through the Inbound Customer Service Group • Adhere to Call Handling Process in Gathering Complete Information, Engaging the Customers, and Delivering an Outstanding Service and FCR in all Transactions • Answer Inbound Calls to Process Return Authorizations and Create Incidents/Credit Memos as Needed • Provide Support to Pre-Sales and Post-Sales Activities basis the Approved Policies/Guidelines of the Company
