Job Pitch

The Collections Analyst will perform Business-to-Business collection functions by contacting customers and obtain payments on past due accounts. The incumbent will coordinate with internal/external customers in order to resolve disputes, reconcile accounts, and ensure clean/green trade receivables.

Job Description

• Collect and Reconcile Accounts; Ensure Clean and Green Trade Receivables; Determine when an Account Needs to be Escalated • Process AR Forms in Connection with Payment and/or Invoice Application and Matching; Process Credit and Invoice Application, Refunds and/or Reinstatement, including Write-Offs • Coordinate with Stakeholders on any Issues with Orders, Invoice, and Payments; Release New Sales Orders w/in Shipping Cut-Offs
