Description: - Defines measures and targets to be used as key performance indicators (KPIs) - Set performance goals and project deadlines that align with the company’s larger plans - Provide technical knowledge transfer to teams, both within and external to IAM, when required - Continue to develop and improve the partnership of IAM with the other IT teams through collaboration
