Roles and Responsibilities ? As a Healthcare Representative, you will answer call and inquiries of customers in accordance with standard policies and procedure ? Interact with the customers to provide them with the information and assistance they need on our client’s products and services over the phone. ? Provide excellent customer service by focusing on providing a great experience Job Qualifications ? Completed 2 years in College ? Must have 2-years International- under Healthcare Voice BPO experience. ? Good English communications skills ?
