Job Description
General Duties: Process: Maintain and grow direct relationships with affiliate partners Grow sales and traffic through the affiliate channel while optimizing ROI Monitor affiliate program performance metrics on a daily basis; react to business based on these metrics Interface with our affiliate network to coordinate day-to-day aspects of program management and engage in regular communication with affiliates Handle all reporting for Affiliate Program through Refersion and Share a Sale Coordinate influencer campaigns to ensure timely execution of talent deliverables, client communication and coordination of logistics based on talent contracts Strategically identify talent and influencers for brand campaigns and programs that maximize ROI and achieve campaign KPIs Handle negotiation and contracting of influencers with a strong knowledge in Federal Trade Commission Guidelines (FTC) and standard deal points Handle all reporting for collaborations Communicate with affiliates through our exclusive Facebook group about sales/promotions and new or upcoming product launches Technology: Stay abreast of best practices and technology solutions that reduce workload, eliminate expense and improve overall process/productivity Stay on top of social trends and standard practices If available, attend at least one webinar each quarter that dive into industry trends Performance Objectives: Work with 20+ influencers per month across all three brands Secure an average of 10 new affiliates each week Send 2-3 updates per month to all affiliates through our Facebook group Approve affiliates and conversions as well as all KPI reporting every Monday Process affiliate payments during the first week of each month
