Minimum Work-At-Home Requirement:
- Desktop or Laptop with Windows 10 OS
- At least 10Mbps of wired internet speed
Training will be on-site then work-at-home when deployed. Minimum 4-hours of work per day and enjoy rice and meal allowances. Earn paid-time-off for every day you work, and be secured with group life insurance coverage.

This is a general customer service position which varies from telco services, retail services to product activations.
• Talk to customers over the phone to resolve their questions or concerns
• Accurately document and update customer records in the computer system
• Upsell products or services to customers, if appropriate
