Job Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES - Answer the phone, email and chat inquiries of the renters - Provide facility information and assist renters in placing a reservation - Knowing the products inside and out to answer all questions - Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints - Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary - Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support - Verifying insurance per District requirements - Sending invoices for renter’s balances - Calling renters for their past due payments Position requirements: Key Skills: - GDS is a plus but is not a requirement at the moment - Good level of English, spoken and written - Experience in: Hospitality - hotels, travel agencies, airlines, offices - Proven experience going above and beyond to provide an amazing service that helps customers, ideally within a client-facing role - Computer literacy, knowledge of word processing, typing, cloud-based applications - Travel studies and job experience are recommended Education and/or Experience - At least one (1) year in college Personality Traits: - Independent and autonomous. - Good prioritization and focus skills, as well as resourcefulness - Empathy - understand what our clients are going through - Smart, fast learner, and tech-savvy - they need to know their way around a computer - Open to get and give constructive feedback - Willingness to learn
