Job Description

- Provide excellent customer service - Respond promptly to customer inquiries - Handle and resolve customer complaints - Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle and service inquiries - Perform customer verification - Direct requests and unresolved issues to designated resource - Record details of inquiries, comments, complaints, and actions taken - Follow up on customer instructions - Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
