Job Description

What is your mission? You will help us deliver excellent service to our partner brands by performing these tasks: Provide excellent support experience to customers via phone, chat or email Investigate and research user issues and identify and escalate bugs so they can be resolved as quickly as possible Always be on the lookout for ways to improve the way we do thing Serve as an advocate for users and pass ideas and best practices on to the rest of the team Who are we looking for? Bachelor’s degree graduate Must possess at least 2 years BPO experience handling voice account Experience in Financial Technology (FinTech) as a frontline agent is highly preferred Experience in technical, chat or email support is an advantage Amenable to work in rotating shifts Excellent written and verbal English communication skills Strong team spirit with a passion and drive to help users and to deliver the best customer experience Enjoys working in a fast paced and changing work environment Empathetic and can communicate in a caring and friendly manner. Must be willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig City *Terms and conditions apply.
