What is your mission?
As a Leads Qualification Representative, you will be working with our Search Engine Account to deliver #happier customer experience through phone and email. You will generate and/or verify new opportunities through cold calling, social media, appointment setting and/or database verification towards our prospects in North America.
Who are we looking for?
- Completed 2 years in college
- Must possess at least 1 year of BPO experience, preferably in a back office account
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- Knowledgeable in cloud-based services, social media, and/or similar marketing platforms
- Amenable to work in rotating shifts (morning, mid, & night shifts)
- Can work in BGC, Taguig City
- Amenable to be assigned in a temporary work-from-home setup
- Have access to a quiet and secured workspace with a stable internet connection with at least 25 mbps speed
