OFFICE-BASED INBOUND VOICE ACCOUNT A campaign where agents will be speaking to patients over the phone for supply refills. Products are for sleep apnea including CPAP and BIPAP The agents must have prior experience interacting with Patient They must have excellent interpersonal skills They must be have negotiation skills Candidates with experience in Durable Medical Equipment would be preferred. QUALIFICATIONS: - Candidates must be able to work in the office - Min 6 months BPO experience - Excellent comprehension and English communication skills - Must have strong Customer Service experience
