Job Description

As you tackle your new tasks for the day, you know that it comes down to being able to provide world-class service to your clients in an accurate, efficient and respectful manner on every call as measured by different performance metrics As a Teammate (Annotator) you will: Answer prompts/questions in the perspective of an AI model Answer lengths can range from a few to 15 sentences (3 paragraphs) Create prompts/questions Handle quality assurance of annotators' prompt responses Evaluate model responses to prompts: Scoring, ranking, A/B testing Flagging toxicity, hallucinations, etc. Do you have what it takes to become a Teammate (Annotator)?
