Job Description
As a Outbound Sales Representative, you will be a frontline member of one of the world’s best brands. Your daily tasks include but are not limited to the following:
- Providing customer satisfaction and experience
- Meeting and exceeding client-mandated KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators)
- Participating in training to improve work performance
- Following TaskUs’ policies and keeping information confidential
So, what makes a #RidiculouslyGood Campaign Specialist?
- 1 year of BPO experience with atleast 6 months sales experience
- Exceptional Communication Skills—both written and oral, and
- Willing to work on shifting schedules and can work on-site.
