Job Description

Qualifications

  • ·        Proficient in communicating using both Spanish and English
  • ·        Minimum of one (1) year experience in a fast-paced customer service environment that directly supports customers in person or over the phone
  • ·        Health care customer service experience, e.g. scheduling patients for medical appointments, is an advantage
  • ·        Proficient in using Microsoft Word/Excel and/or Google Sheets/Docs
  • ·        Willing to work onsite in BGC, Taguig
  • ·        High school diploma or equivalent

 

Duties and responsibilities

As part of this position, you will be responsible for communicating efficiently with patients through inbound or outbound calls to understand their requirements. This includes reviewing patient history and protocols, scheduling, rescheduling, confirming, and canceling appointments. You will need to develop strong communication skills and a solid understanding of scheduling protocols, enabling you to navigate them confidently.

 

  • Obtains current patient information for established and new patients
  • Accurately enters/updates patient information in scheduling system
  • Identifies payer source and verifies insurance eligibility
  • Reviews scheduling system for needed updated demographics and consent forms
