Job Description

Accenture in the Philippines is currently looking for Customer Service Associates (Sales) who will be responsible in performing the following day-to-day tasks:

Providing customer service support according to the scope of work and service level requirements.
Ensuring call quality and quantitative standards are observed in meeting customer care needs and resolving them in a timely fashion.

What are we looking?

Open to college graduates, college undergraduates and associate degree graduates with relevant work experience
Must have at least 1 year of work experience in hardcore selling or upselling sales background
Amenable to work in Mandaluyong or Quezon City
